Getting started in fitness after 40 should feel exciting, not intimidating. The truth is, your body is still incredibly capable of building strength, improving mobility, and gaining energy, no matter how long it’s been since you last worked out. People who begin their fitness journey later in life often make some of the most consistent, meaningful progress because they have a clear purpose, they want to feel better, move easier, and show up fully for the life they’re living.
